On February 17, 2022, Mr. Ezéchiel BIDUAYA MUSUMBU, Director General of ANADEC invited Her Exellency, Ms. Woinshet TADESSE, Ambassador of Ethiopia to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to visit ANADEC’s office and the premises of the incubator for leather shoes manufacturing.
This meeting was the result of the February 9th preliminary discussion between Mr. Ely KATEMBO and ANADEC regarding the development of the Leather Business between Ethiopia and DR Congo.
Mr. Ezéchiel BIDUAYA and the Deputy General Manager, Mr. Nicolas KALIMIRA led the delegation from the Embassy of Ethiopia while the Manager the incubator explained the functionality of each machine and its particularity in the manufacturing process of a shoe. These professional equipments have the capacity to produce 1000 to 1500 shoes per day.
Amazed by this Congolese initiative, the Ambassador expressed herself in these words :
I am impressed by the good quality of shoes produced here in your incubator as they resemble those produced in Ethiopia, so it is a great opportunity for our two countries to develop this sector and share our experiences.

Cooperation and Partnership were at the agenda of the discussions, particularly, establish cooperation and partnership on technical assistance and capacity building programs between Ethiopia and DR Congo in short term.
